Reporting a problem

If a PDF does not open, a conversion looks wrong or a tool fails, tell us which tool you used, what you expected and what happened, and which browser and device you were on.

Please do not send the document itself if it is private. Describe it, or send a copy with the private details removed: Redact PDF does that properly.

Your account

Your TensorActivity account, including deleting it, is managed at accounts.tensoractivity.com. Deleting it deletes your files in OnePDF too.
