Who we are and what these terms cover

OnePDF is provided by TensorActivity (“we”, “us”). These terms cover OnePDF on the web, at tensoractivity.com/onepdf. By using it you agree to them. The phone app has its own privacy policy, and how the web app handles your files is in the privacy page.

Your files are yours

You keep every right to the documents you open, create or change with OnePDF. We claim no ownership of them and no licence to them. Signed out, they are processed on your own device and we never receive them. Signed in, files kept in your account are stored for you, encrypted, only to give them back to you, as the privacy page describes.

Using OnePDF

You may use OnePDF for any lawful purpose, personal or commercial. You must not:

  • use it to work on material you have no right to, or to break the law;
  • try to break into, overload or disrupt the service, our servers or other people's accounts;
  • remove the password or protection from a document you are not entitled to open;
  • present OnePDF, or a copy of it, as your own product.

Accounts

Signing in is optional and uses your TensorActivity account, which has its own terms. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. You can delete your account at any time, and your files in OnePDF are deleted with it.

The service as it is

OnePDF is provided as it is and as available, free of charge. We work to make it accurate, but conversions rebuild a document's layout, and recognised text can contain mistakes. Check important results yourself, including that a redaction removed what you meant it to, before you rely on them or send them. Keep your own copy of anything that matters: we do not guarantee that the service, or files kept in an account, will always be available.

Limits of our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profit or business, arising from your use of OnePDF. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited, or your rights as a consumer.

Changes

We may change OnePDF and these terms. When the terms change, the effective date above changes with them, and using OnePDF after that means you accept the new terms.
