PDF to PowerPoint in your browser

Someone sends a deck as a PDF and you need to change one slide. OnePDF rebuilds each page as a PowerPoint slide: every paragraph becomes a text box in its own font, size and colour, photos and logos are carried across as the original images, and filled boxes and straight lines become shapes you can recolour.

Curves and freehand drawings are left out, and the converter says so, rather than the whole slide being flattened into a picture. Open the .pptx in PowerPoint, Keynote or Google Slides and edit it as usual.

Why use OnePDF to convert PDF to PowerPoint

  • Text boxes where the text was

Every paragraph becomes a text box at its place on the slide, in its own font, size and colour.

  • Pictures stay pictures

Photos and logos are carried across as the original images, not screenshots of the page.

  • Boxes and rules as shapes

Filled rectangles and straight lines become PowerPoint shapes you can recolour and resize.

Questions about PDF to PowerPoint

Can I edit the slides?

Yes. Text is in real text boxes and pictures are real pictures, so everything can be moved, restyled and retyped.

What happens to pages of different sizes?

A presentation has one slide size, so pages of another size are scaled to fit and centred. The converter says when it does this.

Are curved drawings kept?

Rectangles and straight lines are. Curves and freehand drawings are left out, and the converter tells you when it does.

Is my PDF uploaded?

Not unless you sign in. Signed out, your file is opened by OnePDF inside your browser, on your own device, and is not uploaded to any server. Signed in with a TensorActivity account, the files you open are also saved to your account, encrypted, so they are there on every device you sign in to.
